Choice Properties at Loblaws Leslie Street: An Outdoor Community Photo Booth
Choice Properties booked an Instapod photo booth with instant prints for an outdoor community activation at the Loblaws on 17 Leslie Street in Toronto.

Overview
Choice Properties is a returning PhotoboothTO client. On July 11, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM, it hosted a community activation on the wide sidewalk beside the Loblaws entrance at 17 Leslie Street, and wanted a photo moment for families and neighbours.
The client supplied its own floral swing set and branded backdrop. Our job was to make it a photo booth.
At a glance
- Client: Choice Properties
- Venue: Loblaws, 17 Leslie Street, Toronto
- Date: July 11, 2026
- Format: Instapod with instant prints and data capture
- Setup: Outdoors, beside the store entrance
By the Numbers
The Challenge
The setup was outdoors on a sidewalk with a small footprint, beside a working grocery store entrance. Power had to run a distance, and the backdrop needed to stay stable in open air.
The client also wanted to keep in touch with guests after the day, not just hand out photos.
Key considerations included:
- A small outdoor footprint beside a store entrance
- Long power runs from the building
- Weighted hardware to keep the backdrop stable outdoors
- Display the client's own set and backdrop
- Opt in contact capture for the client
The Solution

We brought our custom backdrop stands and long extension cables, built the client's backdrop beside the entrance, and pointed an Instapod at the floral swing set. Every session produced an instant print.
The booth saved the emails and phone numbers guests entered, and all photos were available to download and share after the event.
Execution highlights
- Instapod with instant prints
- Client supplied swing set and branded backdrop on our stands
- Long power runs for a sidewalk setup
- Email and phone capture for the client
- Photos available to download after the event
The Results

The gallery holds 159 photos and 53 prints from the five hour afternoon, with families, kids and neighbours on the swing set.
For a property owner, a booth at a community day turns a sidewalk into a destination and gives the brand a friendly reason to stay in touch, a format that suits corporate and community events alike.

Community days are about people. An Instapod on a set the client already loved gave every family a print to take home from their neighbourhood store.
